• SEO Engineering will not harm a client site intentionally by constant use of any technology or procedure (without suitable care) that is known to result in removal of client site search engine indexes or directories, or rendered inoperative. Robots Exclusion Standard will be use to address indecisive standards.
• SEO Engineering will not deliberately disobey any specifically published and enforced rules of search engines or directories. Any rules and guidelines which changes (changes happen on regularly), the SEO-ENGINEERING will promptly take appropriate steps to comply with the changes as they apply to all clients. Where rules and guidelines are not clear, the SEO-ENGINEERING will seek clarification and await approval from the appropriate search engine before continuing to utilize procedures.
• SEO Engineering will not intentionally misrepresent, or offend a consumer. Any body using a search engine to visit a site will not be misguided by the information presented to or by the search engine, and also won't be harmed or offended upon arrival at the client site.
• SEO Engineering will not intentionally disobey any laws. This include the intentional and constant violation of copyright, trademark, service mark, or laws associated to spamming as they may exist at the state, federal, or international level.
• SEO Engineering will never falsely represent the content of the client site. Presenting modified versions of web pages to users except where that information is change specifically to meet browser specifications and needs, sensitivity to regional factors such as language, or product specific needs will not be entertained at SEO engineering.
• SEO Engineering will never misrepresent others work as their own.
• SEO Engineering will not involve in a conflict of interest without former notice to all parties involved. This includes preferential use of competing keywords for one client over another since there is more personal gain to SEO Engineering. All clients are given equal importance and they all will receive equal best quality of effort in their Search Engine Optimization process.
• SEO Engineering will never set unlikely expectations to client. This includes the practice of accepting more than a reasonable number of clients competing for the same keywords and committing that all will be in the top positions in the search engines. This also includes giving the commitment that results can be obtained in an unreasonable amount of time given the known condition of the search engines, client site, and competition.
• SEO Engineering will guard the confidentiality and anonymity of their clients with respect to legal information and items implying testimonial support for the SEO Engineering. All the staff of SEO Engineering will strictly protect information provided to us that is not generally known as it may harm the client. SEO Engineering will not publish the testimonials and proprietary logos of client lists, press releases, and other collateral discussion with the clients without his approval.
• SEO Engineering will work to their best possible ability to increase or retain the rankings of client sites. Clients are paying the fees to SEO Engineering obtain and retain search engine placement. SEO Engineering is charged with an obligation to utilize white hat technology and methodologies to improve and retain the rankings for their clients in the face of shifting search engine technology, competition, and client web site needs. |
